If your new disposable vape pen doesn’t hit, it is possibly due to a low battery, empty cartridges, a clogged airflow vent, or a loose connection.
If the pen has a button, press it five times to turn it on. If the pen has no button, simply inhale from the mouthpiece multiple times.

Why is My Disposable Vape Won’t Hit?
There could be many reasons for a vape pen not to hit.
The most common reason a disposable vape is not hitting is a dead battery or empty e-liquid cartridge. A blocked airflow vent is another reason why a brand-new disposable vape won’t hit.
How To Fix Disposable Vape That Won’t Hit?
I can feel your pain – because I have gone through this. I was carving for nicotine, and my new elf bar was not hitting after multiple tries.
But I figure out some common reasons why an elf bar won’t hit and how to fix them. Let’s have a look at troubleshooting.
1. Dead Battery
All disposable vape comes with a rechargeable lithium-ion or lithium-polymer battery. After many months of manufacturing, the battery drains automatically.
So, the battery might be drained during transportation if you got a brand-new disposable vape.
The first thing you should do is- plug your disposable vape pen in for at least 20 minutes into the charger.
Once your vape battery is sufficiently charged, press the fire button and take a few shorter drags.
After a few shorter drags, the coil wick will be primed, and your disposable vape will start delivering tasteful flavors.

2. Clogged Airflow Vent
All disposable vape has an airflow vent that allows the air to enter the coil. It cools down the coil and vape cloud that reaches your throat.
If the airflow vent is clogged, it will not pass sufficient air, and your disposable vape pen won’t hit. So, cleaning your vape pen with soft fabric and rubbing alcohol is recommended.
If any debris is blocking the air vent, unclog it with the help of a safety pin or toothpick.
3. No e-Liquid
On average, disposable vapes are made for up to 1500 to 2000 puffs. Some disposables like elf bar BC5000 are made for 5000 puffs.
But none of them last up to promised number because it’s more dependent on your vaping style and size of drag.
If you take a shorter drag, e-liquid will last longer, but it burns fast if you take a bigger drag.
So, if you’re vaping for over a week, no e-liquid may be left in the cartridge.
The empty cartridge won’t hit because the coil has nothing left to vaporize. So, it’s time to get a new pen.
4. Take a Shorter Drag
If you’re addicted to chain smoking, disposable vapes are not made for you. You should go for powerful vape mods and enjoy vaping.
Because bigger drag will suck more liquid, disposable vapes are not powerful enough to instantly vaporize too many e-liquids. In return, either you’ll get a dry hit or a metallic taste.
So, start taking shorter drags when you’re vaping disposable pens. Let the coil prime for a second, then hit it.
5. Buy a New Disposable Vape
This is the last resort to fix your disposable vape that won’t hit. If nothing helps you, buy a new pen and dispose of the old one.
